By ordering products from Australian Packaged Imports, customer hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions. We take every precaution to ship the products so that they arrive to our customers frozen. However, as with anything sent in the mail, we cannot guarantee this. We have chosen UPS® as our shipper and UPS® Ground & UPS® 3 Day Select (limited) as the preferred shipping methods. Customer hereby agrees to ship via UPS® at their own risk. If you have any special delivery instructions, please e-mail us at info@usaapi.com
Our products are shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday to ensure delivery during the week. All of our products are shipped in Styrofoam boxes with dry ice. We recommend immediately placing the product in the freezer upon receipt.
Customers are wholly responsible for the delivery address provided on checkout.
We will do our best to accommodate any corrections if provided in a timely manner, but we cannot guarantee any corrections. Please verify your address prior to checkout. Once the product is shipped, customers must contact UPS directly for any address corrections or delivery changes. Customer is responsible for any and all additional charges due to corrections.
Because the products are perishable food items, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted at any time and refunds are not permitted.
Please note that we will not accept responsibility for any orders delivered late, or not delivered, or due to customer errors. Tracking numbers will be provided via UPS®, so it is essential that customers ensure that a party to the residence/location is available to receive the package(s). API reserves the right to refund any order that cannot be fulfilled; however, API will work with that customer to find an alternative, if any is possible or available.
